Instant Digital Delivery
Orders placed on Telvro.com are delivered automatically and instantly by email. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12 hours if additional verification is needed.
All product-related services from Welcad.com are sent via email.
CD keys or digital codes purchased on Welcad.com will be delivered to your inbox and can also be found in the Order Details section of your customer account.
There is no shipping fee, as all products are delivered digitally.
Didn’t Receive Your Delivery Email?
If you can’t find your delivery email, please follow these steps:
1. Check your Spam or Junk folder
Sometimes automated emails are filtered incorrectly, so make sure it did not end up there.
2. Confirm that your payment was successfully completed
Delivery will only be triggered after payment is verified.
3. Wait for possible follow-up contact
If we need more information from you or if something in your order requires verification, we will reach out by email.
4. Verify your email address
